In this video, I show how I integrated the Govee 4-probe Meat Thermometer into Home Assistant, and show the code for the awesome way I display the info on my dashboard using a conditional card to display an entities card - with nested conditions on the entities card! I also cover some additional info about ESP32 Bluetooth proxies so that you are able to communicate with this device even if it's nowhere near your Home Assistant server.
