Had a few min to try out some shots in the rain with the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k today. So easy to move around, decent dynamic range, although I do miss that one or two stops compared to my Ursa 4.6

You are a braver man than I. I kept reading that it wasn’t water resistant to an extent that I’ve become paranoid yet here is proof that it can take a drop or two. Great video.

The Panasonic 7-14 is know to flare up really bad. Two lens that are better are the Olympus 7-14mm f2.8 and the Panasonic 8-18 and that lens you can put filters on. I do like the small size of the Panasonic 7-14mm. I know they make a filter adapter for the Olympus 7-14mm. Maybe there is something for the Panasonic 7-14.

I was getting bad flare on my Olympus OMD E-M1ii on the sensor because of phase detection. I put a Tiffen ND filter on my Panasonic 35-100mm f2.8 and it went away. I bought the same filter Dave Dugdale reviewed in his first ND filter review video. He made a updated ND filter video and found even a better filter.
