First Of Install Fing App in Your Android Mobile or iPhone. this method works on any iso or android device.

Now Find the Unknown Device Which Connected to Your WIFI.
Copy The MAC Address of the device and then go to your router page.
and then go to wireless tab and then go to wireless Mac filtering.
Click On Add New. And Add Mac Address Which We Want to block.
Once You Done. You Can Block User from your WIFI.

Wouldn’t it be easier to put a block on your WiFi with Cox Cable or you can’t do that ???
