Chee being Chikn's very first friend since the beginning makes sense. When she and Cofi started dating, Chikn felt left out. So now she must make things right between both of them.

I feel for Chikn. I know everyone in this series is kind and caring, but everyone started to prioritize themselves or anyone else other than Chikn, not on purpose but that sucks especially when you're discovering things about yourself that are scary. Even the deity responsible to keep tabs on Chikn neglected their duties and basically allowed the world to fall apart. Even if no one does it maliciously or on purpose, it feels horrendous to be ignored, left to the side, or always being deprioritized in favor of someone else.

I hope Chee can help, but I think Chikn should rightfully be upset and express that.

That’s so sweet! Chee is taking responsibility and stepping up. Because of Bezel’s manipulation towards Chikn, and also because of when Chee left Chikn out of everything when she started dating Cofi, she now feels the need to help mend things between her and Chikn.

This is one sentence that would be good to hear from chee, I love so much they relationship like best friends!

I'm really hoping open communication between Chikn and Chee will make everything better, Chikn learning to communicate his needs instead of always putting others first when he's in pain and telling Chee that he needs his time w his best friend and Chee realising that she got carried away by her first relationship and becoming more aware of Chikn's feelings and how he struggles to express his pain when he thinks it'll interfere w his friends' happiness and be a burden to them... I love this arc bc the lore with Chikn bottling up his feelings until he awakens as a chaos god is a sweet mental health metaphor if I'm understanding it correctly!

"Can you send me in?" Chee wasn't even thinking. She was terrorized by Ckickn's reality breaking powers enought times to not be horryfied by them, not even a tiny bit. She said "You won't need to", but I heard "I see no monster in there. I see my friend who needs me, I can tell."
