I've been using this Ryobi Scrubber for a few years for his exact task. This tool remains water proof and it really does the trick. this is the easiest way to get the algae off of the hull.

Nothing wrong with ryobi, gets the job done, now if you use it all day every day that's a different story, but they make tools for that

I heard that FedEx terminals use Ryobi tools for various things. If a major company can use Ryobi, then why not everyone else?

That is wild. I am skeptical of electricity and water though. For those who say it is battery and won't hurt have never seen bubba slapped by a car battery. WOW! Note: caution against jewely and working on automobiles. 😂🤣
