My 3 BEDROOM HOUSE on Lake Mavrovo in NORTH MACEDONIA! 🇲🇰

I rented a three bedroom house overlooking Mavrovo Lake in Mavrovo National Park in North Macedonia. I’ll give you a tour & show you why it was the best deal of the trip at less than 40 Euros a night!

I spent a couple of days in Mavrovo National Park in North Macedonia as part of my fascinating road trip through some of the countries less visited places. After a day of exploring I stopped in the lakeside village of Mavrovi Anovi and checked into my holiday rental home officially named the Tetka Viki.

I’ll give you a tour of this two bedroom fully fitted house and tell you about my stay. I’ll also show you the view from the balcony which provides a wonderful sweeping panoramic look at the lake, hills and mountains.

I found Tetka Viki a great place to stay whilst exploring Mavrovo National Park and the surrounding area. Hopefully this video will give you an insight into what it’s like to rent a house in Mavrovo and stay in North Macedonia’s largest national park.

OMG I LOVE THE NATURE its fascinating. you can visit rajcica monastery its close to mavrovo and leshok monastery near tetovo and gostivar also east macedonia is also beutiful if you want some reccomendations i will write to you because i had on my bucket list to visit all cities and beautiful places in Macedonia and it was cheap and UNFORGETABLE

The weather this September is a little bit unpredictable and it's annoying when it messes up with our plans. On the other side it's good to have a day of rest even if it could slow down a little our tempo. Anyway, the lake is great and I hope that the weather will get more pleasant soon to give you better opportunities to travel and shoot the interesting places you visit.

At this stage I’m estimating you’ve spent around seven days in Macedonia by now.
(That looked like a light dusting of snow high up on those ranges).
Just yesterday a friend had her winter fire wood delivered.

The resident was last seen or perhaps better said heard one early morning last week cutting winter firewood with his chainsaw. A small white car was seen leaving or perhaps better said fleeing the area after a brief scream and the chainsaw went silent...
