As a Vietnamese, I love the people and culture of India. Unfortunately we are not of any help. I don't know if India has developed any vaccines yet. Vietnam's vaccine is in the 3rd phase of testing, the Vietnamese government says it will share vaccine production technology with other countries and Vietnamese support for that. Hopefully Vietnam can be of some help to India

India government should declare State of emergency or lockdown. Take over factories to produce oxygen ventilator, medicine and medical supplies. Build temporary hospital and quarantine camps. Pass a budget spending on these medical needs and cash for needy.
