• Water
• Container / plate
• *Gel colours
• **Edible dusts
• baking paper (parchment paper)
• baking trays
• Toothpicks
• Gumpaste
• Stamen – Small double ended
• Paintbrushes
• Florist wire 24G - White
• Florist wire 18G - Green
• Florist tape - Green
• tweezers
• scissors
*I used Sugarflair gel paste colours in – SkinTone, Cornish cream & AmeriColor in – Deep Pink
**I used Cystal Colors edible dusts in – Cream & Buttercup

Gumpaste is also known as Petal Paste, Florist Paste or Flower Paste. There are various different brands of pre-made gumpaste such as:
*Squires Kitchen, Satin Ice, Wilton, Renshaw, PME to name a few.

Beautiful. I'm trying hard struggling to decorate my cakes (simply) but I've had no tutoring which I need. My baking is fine and I do a great chocolate cake which people want me to decorate now as Celebration Cakes. Don't know where to start but this rose would look beautiful on top of a cake with some rose leaves trailing! I'm going to try as long as I can get stuff on-line!
