Panasonic MVHD620MkII VCR Squealing Sounds Repair

I picked up another Z mech Panasonic. This one was supposed to work but started squealing when changing modes. Looks like they only ever supplied the whole loading motor assembly for these, so my repair will have to do.

Most of the VCR's from the mid/late 90's onward, most of the advanced functions & set up needed the remote controls

I recall the fast rewind being convenient but they could be hard on tapes, particularly older ones.
