Would you VOTE for the CAT for MAYOR 😼?

In 2012, this beautiful black and white cat ran for mayor of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The stray cat situation in Halifax was critical in the 2010s. Local activists and volunteers pleaded with officials to fund a stray cat sterilization program, but they fell on deaf ears. They decided to run Stan the Cat for Mayor. Stan looked like a fine gentleman in an expensive suit. This is a candidate who will bring attention to animal issues.

Yes, I would. In fact, a cat would be better than our current govenor as well.

OF COURSE I would vote for a cat. First of all, they can do no wrong. Just ask them. Sure they knocked stuff off the counter but they didn't do wrong, that object was meant to be knocked off. Second, they could spin a wheel to make decisions and whatever the arrow landed on, the choice would still be less destructive than the efforts of some human leadership.
