Am I mistaken, but there was some $ lost due to 8ft windows as opposed to 7ft windows? I thought I heard another builder say 7ft is a standard size and 8ft is custom which increases the cost substantially...(?)

Hi! Great video! My son just bought a lot to build a duplex to sell..where his infill lot is theres not too many if any duplexes really close by...do you know how an appraiser will come up with value for the duplex? From my understanding appraisers use a rental factor, different from a appraisal for a personal residential..were trying to go backwards to find iut now an approximate of what we can sell for; to of course know for ourselves and to show the hard money lender were going to meet with ...i would greatly appreciate any information you could help me with, as theres nothing online..thank you!!

Whos the architect i like the building plan. I can probably put 2 behind current house. Then demo current house and put 2 more in front so i make 2 more later. Land is 5m from downtown Houston so worth building and rebuilding since tgat house falling apart.
