I know for some this is a great idea but for me I have to quote Judge Judy "I'd rather live I in a closet than have a roommate" lol!!

"It has a living room"
me "where?"

If I rented those apartments by myself, I would take the smallest room and turn it into a walk-in closet.

The bedrooms give you that warm and cozy prison like feel 🥴

I have never heard anyone get as excited as this young man does over a “ medicine cabinet “. That having been I still can’t seem to tear myself away from his after another and then another. He is very entertaining!😄

I liked the first apartment better since the building seems to be well maintained. If two people shared that apartment, they could divide the smallest room into a shared storage room or workspace.

I love how he’s talking about things that are supposed to be in an apartment as if they are super-special amenities. “It has a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave.”

he sounds like a real estate agent. I feel like I'm being asked to buy steak knives at 2 a.m.

Yo, the “living room” in the first apartment is literally the size of my hallway in my apartment.

After my first 3 roommates I will never ever ever get another. I was a clothing buyer for a boutique I owned. I have a lot of really expensive clothing and some are double in value because the designer ia no longer on earth. A roommate asked to wear my vintage chanel gloves they were from the 40s. I don't wear them they are too tight and I had them on display on my vanity. I said no I left and walked to the train. I no lie tripped and one of my sandal I kicked off into a drain. I walk back home and my ex roommate had them on getting ready to leave. I had a gut feeling the whole time too. I had clothing missing I know every piece of clothing ive ever bought or owned. I know where I got it and for how much. I remember every clothing ive ever seen. Like a photographic memory but only with clothing. When I was growing up as a kid I grew up very poor I couldn't afford a jacket and would bring blankets and towels to school. It scared me and now I am a clothing hoarder. I have clothing I wear from high school 16 years ago. Every roommate I had stole from me.

I appreciate what you were trying to do with the video title and wanting to show more affordable rental options, Cash. I just couldn't see myself paying $1000 a month for a miniature room and bathroom sharing with roommates. I'm really eager for you to show us what kind of full private apts ppl can get with smaller budgets (maybe 1800 or less) without doing the whole roommate thing

Love his enthusiasm and style! I gave up on moving back into the city because the prices were just crazy. Instead, I bought a 5 BR 3Bathroom house right near the ferry, waterfront in the newly revitalized downtown SI area. 25 minute free ferry ride to Manhattan. I had my fun Manhattan living days in grad school. Now, it's just not worth it. Still, your energy is awesome!!!!

I dont live in NYC, but I absolutely enjoy watching your videos. It’s interesting to see what the different prices are in regards to renting in different states

As much as I love New York City, I can't live there. I need space.

The first apartment was beautiful, but it's a lousy part of town (I know, I used to live there). Manhattan rents are seriously disgusting. Just not worth it. I've had five Manhattan apartments - four in very good neighborhoods - and they were all nice, but it's just gotten way out of hand. It's a sign of getting older that I realize there is life outside of Manhattan.
