I haven't thought of this before.

All the points in this video are very helpful, but number one and other similar health issues are very critical health conditions to be aware of and careful with.

And I've been unknowingly making the number one mistakes because I always assume everyone who's coming to visit and perhaps sleep over is physically and medically fit.
