The Website is not what cost 90k. It was the Strategy, Branding, and Design implementation that likely spans a length of months. The Site itself was probably 10% of the total cost.

Honestly, I truly respect when a company actually puts in a lot of effort into their product.

Honestly, this is too much of an, eye candy’ and appealing to scroll through, but I don’t know if it’s the best converting way to create a website. Neither it gives me the focus I need on crucial information

a website is worth as much as you're able to sell it for 🤝

I was going to crticize it. But after checking the website, I liked it and can see the minute details where the money has gone into. Also, the product seems to be good, opensource and fairly priced. Free for 99% of use-case scenario. Now, I am considering using it myself.

We have this theory in China,

If you go to a shop, lets say a furniture shop looking for a table and that shop is known for selling high quality tables, whatever extra thing they are going to give you as a bonus is going to be of extremely low quality, lets say the table you buy and they say it comes with extra dining chairs (table mats, chair mats..), those dining chairs are going to be of extreme low quality not even in comparison to the table.

So this goes to say if you land on a business that has this type of website but the main focus is selling something else then there real product becomes the secondary product which means it will be of low quality, always put more time in the final product

I feel this is a marketing stunt to grab a marketing segment

I mean, i wont act like it is not a cool looking landingpage, because i think it is. There is nothing groundbreaking, but the fx are nicely executed. And it seems to load ok. I will say tho, my eyes feel strained after spending some time on that page. I´m on a m1 pro 16". Another downside is that if you need to go through the page with keys it jumps over the vast majority of the info on the page while tab´ing. I think it still has some work to be done, but so does basically any page out there if you go hunting for issues. I can see the justification of the price simply because i have seen what pages half of that price go for and ..well..they arent great, but ok. One main thing about it is, as you pointed out kinda..is that it feels cohesive, and that can be the difference between cheap and expensive.

When you want to show us what a website looks like, make sure to put your face on 50 % of the short video real estate (tiny on mobile), use about a quarter for the website name, then the rest of the (padded) space for the website video itself. Peak content right here.
