Have a friend who has a PS5 and is playing the Mass Effect trilogy for the first time via the Legendary Edition. Very interested to see if the the Happy Ending and Take Earth Back mods are comparable with this method. Would very much improve his experience with the ending of ME3.

This only works if there is a mod for that game. Any games that are not in save wizard will not work at all, you will have to find another way to mod the game without using save wizard.

Does this method only work as far as modifying values, or can you modify clothing on/off, hair color, character size, etc.
Has there been a newer method discovered since this video?
This method reminds of the old GameSharks that were available for the PS1 and PS2. You could do things like transplant complete engines complete with sound in Gran Turismo like putting a Ford GT engine in a PT Cruiser.
