Bro wtf! using your settings and deactivating the antivirus because I had read that on a site, I managed to go from medium to ultra with a 2060 and without frame drops, incredible.. thanks

What system are you running PC specs? I'm running a 1080 Strix 8 gb ddr5x i5 9600k 1tb ssd and this is by far the worst running game I've ever played. I've tried every single thing I could find and think of. I'm almost certain it's ruining my GPU CPU but want to beta it I'm already really far in! Mine has this weird screen tear if that's even what it is like if you look at a wall you see this like an old TV where clear lines run from down to up like liquid effect! And the stuttering is unrela at 90fps. Even if I turn it all down it just runs worse
