I just got a Helix Plus a week ago. The bed is comfortable but I still wake up with a backache most mornings. I'm hoping that will change. I also got their foundation and the quality of the wood slats is terrible. They are very splintered and I sanded them before using. Apparently, this is a known issue because so many reviews mentioned it. I guess Helix doesn't care about that. Also, the instructions with the foundation says everything slat has velcro to attach all of the individual slats to the frame. Mine had velcro only on the end slats. I had to add it. The quality of the foundation really soured me on the company. I bought the foundation because I read somewhere on their website that not buying the foundation voids the foundation.
