Double Indemnity 1944 film noir, Barbara Stanwyck, Fred MacMurray, full movie reaction

Insurance salesman Fred MacMurray encounters a housewife Barbara Stanwyck, shopping around for accident insurance for her husband. She's hoping the policy can be purchased without bothering her husband with the details, and hoping Fred's insurance company doesn't have to find out either. The two are on the same page immediately with Fred bolting out the door at first. Disturbingly, he starts to become more intrigued with how to account for every detail that would be investigated at the end, helping them to achieve the perfect accident claim. He even decides to up-the-ante on their final execution of their plan so that the claim would be paid out for DOUBLE INDEMNITY. Directed by Billy Wilder, and truly one of the most intricate noirs I've ever seen, thoroughly enjoyed it!
