As a new manager/supervisor, you're probably nervous about your first meeting with the team. Don't be...I gotcha on this one. All you have to remember our three simple goals:

Good message but the background music was way to loud. It distracts from the message. I'd say it's great intro music but within 15 seconds of the intro, cut the music.
