Hello, power cord can be plugged in. Truck comes pre wired for all the bells and whistles . You might need to buy a fuse for that specific function . mines worked when I plugged it in .

Did you connect the power one these? Looking to do the same on my 17 but didn’t see you do that in this video and am wondering if the door panel is needed to be removed to do so
