Indicator is still the legal term for blinkers in the US, it is just that no one uses it in normal speech.

I say both parcel and package...indicator ( never blinker ) and both Car Park and Parking Space ( without a lot )

Box, tail light, parking lot. Keep in mind that different parts of this country, (US), have different words for different things, and different accents from state to state, and race to race, and even different regions within a single state.
