The US economy is seeing "a clear loss of momentum," Stifel Chief Economist Lindsey Piegza says on "Bloomberg Surveillance." GDP increased at a 2.9% annualized rate in final three months of 2022 after a 3.2% gain in the third quarter, the Commerce Department's initial estimate showed.

Well for the last 3 months everyone said it was Q4, but now we are moving the target to this quarter... And we will move it another quarter once we realize this quarter is strong.... and so on.

Basically big money need some time to get good positions in the market and then don’t want market to go up in the meanwhile

Once they are in they would change their tone to - US economy will boom and explosive growth is on the horizon
