I like both rice pudding and tapioca about the same. I've made home made rice pudding many times but will have to try this tapioca recipe. Never knew that it is best to separate the egg in tapioca to make it creamier. Thanks much for posting.

I have so many memories of tapioca pudding, it was the best desert ever. We called it fish eggs, sound disgusting looks bad texture is something you have to get used to but it’s soooo good

Both. I like the larger pearls for tapioca. When I was a child, we were able to get pearls that were the size of a small gum ball. They were called fish eye pearls. Haven’t seen them in this century.😃
