Amazing REESE'S CUP Cookies!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 & 1/4 cups butter with a 1/2 cup wite sugar, 2 cups brown sugar, and 1 & a 1/2 cups peanut butter until creamy and well combined.
Add 1/3 cup milk, 1 tbsp vanilla, and 2 eggs, beating until combined.
Beat in 3 & a 1/2 cups flour, 1 & 1/2 tsp salt and baking soda, and 1 tbsp cornstarch just until blended.
Fold in peanut butter morsels.
Drop balls of cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Top with mini Reece's cups.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
Let cool, and enjoy!
