i love north utah.. would love to move there from TN but cost of even a 2/1 house is crushing

My son lived in Moab UT, and is working resort tourism, where they provide a place for employees to live if room available. They pay a rental fee of course but affordable. He stated there were so many people there living in trailers, SUV, cars vans, bikes to get to work, living in tents or rooming at a place with 5 or 6 room mates. The housing situation there is sad.

Affordable eh. I doubt it. Tired of building new homes and not being able to afford one ive worked on roads and hospitals and homes and apartments low wages and expensive homes is crushing the working class. Maybe take care of the people building your buildings
