Definitely 9 x 13 casserole dishes. I remember everyone brought one to work when I lived in Tennessee. The Baptists were always jolly and loved plenty of good food. The Episcopalians brought chili and donuts, the Four Square folk brought desserts, and the Presbyterians brought roast beef with au jus in silver plated serving trays with melt away mints for dessert. It was fun seeing the different pot luck food and serving patterns.

I didn’t realize Presbyterians liking whiskey was a stereotype, but I guess I fit into it lol

Lol!!!! This reminds me of potluck dinners where, if it’s not organized, everyone brought too much food and no drink; or too much drink and not enough food 😂
KiwiPJMax
The Lutheran clearly brought a Cream of ____ Soup-based casserole and a case of beer.

Yaaaassss! You let the adventists in on the skit! But for future reference, 100% chance it would have been cottage cheese loaf or big Franks (vegan hotdogs in a can) lol
MrOmally
Ah man this would of been epic if he'd of had a Pentecostal speaking in tongues with captions.
MrGutierrez
Lutheran: I brought cookie bars and a cookie salad.

Orthodox- we fast for over half of the year so better make sure this bbq isn’t a conflict in our schedule.
Also Orthodox- we are too busy being martyred to partake in such worldly things

proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine...
I really appreciate this expression of humor.
It seems that there are many that live in part b. of this verse. I don't understand why so many people are taking this skit as an opportunity to engage in denominational conflict. You're missing the whole point of the picnic. Just laugh. I'm taking two fish and five loaves of bread. I decree and declare that it shall be more than enough. Guess what church I'm from.
