The results are great when you look at how much hair was remaining and the area that had to be restored, 2500 grafts over an area that large isn't going to show amazing density, people need to be realistic. I hope he's happy with his new hair.

he had poor existing hair which usually requires multiple hair transplants… people have to have realistic expectations when it comes to HT esp if their existing prior to Ht hair is not good…

Would it be possible to just fill in the existing area instead of actually repairing the hairline? I have similar hair and don't mind the receding at all actually, just hate how thin and patchy it is.
