Is the "Phys Damage taken as Chaos" Implicit on body armor better then hit have a chance to fortify? isnt the damage reduction from fortify really good?

Question: You mentioned that the price of the build is less than 40 divines ... Is that for the "full" build or just what you've spent so far?? If it's a whole build, that I could mostly craft myself, that is less than 40 Divs then I'm in.
