You should definitely turn off FXAA and Vsync, also set it to directx 10 for performance increase, I got my GTAV running on 40-50+ fps with everything set to lowest, fullscreen on 720p, even my max processor limited on 70%

Bro it is expandable. You can upgrade your ram to 8Gb and run GTA 5 smooth
