"The Rescuers" was an American animated adventure comedy-drama film. The twenty-third film in the Disney Animated Classics series, it follows the story of two mice, Bernard and Miss Bianca, who set off on their first mission to rescue a 6 year old orphan girl named Penny, who is kidnapped by an evil treasure hunter who needs her to recover a big diamond called, the Devil's Eye.
After its success, a sequel titled "The Rescuers Down Under" was released in 1990.
Upon arriving in Devil's Bayou, and after the disappearance of the albatross named Orville, Bernard and Bianca uses a leaf boat owned by a dragonfly named Evinrude. Then, Evinrude sped off, flapping his wings even faster.
The 'umbrella opening up and poof' sound effect is heard once in this video.
