When you're just starting out, where do you start?
This is a question that I get quite often.
As FM practitioners and coaches there is so much we can do with our knowledge. So many angles that we can approach health and wellness from.
What I've learned and then taught over the years is to get really clear on who we serve. Once we figure out who we serve, what problem we solve for them, and how we solve that problem, it makes our messaging so much more effective and impactful.
"If you're speaking to everyone, you're speaking to no one"
So be sure to get clear on who you serve.
HINT: The best customer is someone who has struggled with a challenge similar to your own.
