I find the most useful way of finding bias is follow for the structure for example a break of structure to the upside would mean a bias of longs and so on

Sir, Let us say today's daily bias is up--then how do you decide to get in today intraday ? Do you use trend line break or fractal break or use higher high as the step ON 15 minute chart as intraday reversal OR use support/resistance break in that direction(up) intraday OR should one wait at the end of the day for close--we seek your wisdom.

off topic, the work ethic has been inspiring mate ! quick question: the indicator you showed needs 2 candles lower or higher on both sides of a swing point to show a fractal, is that what ur using or do u just need 1 candle on both sides?
