FLPHG Powered Hang Gliding - Low Over Newborough

Two powered hang gliders flying low over Newborough, North Wales, March 2012. Steve M (camera) flying an Aeros Target wing with a Doodlebug powered harness, Pete J flying a Wills Wing Eagle with a Mosquito powered harness. Can something this much fun really be legal???

Thanks Glyn - the conditions were perfect on this particular day, very smooth. It was a great experience and huge fun flying lower but only to be done on the right day and all that. The farmer has special stunt sheep in the field and they can deal with

Drooool, this is awesome guys, great video. I keep tilting my laptop when I watch it to fly you along haha. I'll join you one day ;) Landing looks good too, I like how the sheep move out of the way, they must have seen it a few times!

@FlyHighRC386 Thanks - yes its near Malltraeth. I think I saw your group, just before the film footage at aroud 50 secs in the video there were a few people in a field with a windsock on our left hand side. This flight was on this Sunday just gone (11th March) so if you were there around 1.30ish you'd definitely have seen us. We'll have to drop in to the field and say hello sometime if it won't cause any problems. cheers, Steve

@sjm708 By all means drop in lol. if you do land near the cars to the right han side of the conatiner where we keep all our stuff since planes dont fly over that area because the cars are their a few microlights have landed there a few times and im pretty sure you will get a cup of tea haha.

this is awesome, is the river at the start of the video near malltraeth? if so then i think i saw you flying since the model airplane flying club is based along that video and i did see a powered hang glider there aout a week ago ish. awesome video :) dont let it be that long before you post another lol keep em coming.
