Thanks for the vid. I went too change the filter and the dudes that installed the fridge forgot or misplaced the plastic white piece that helps pop out the filter.

My issue is that the water taste as if it’s from the yard hose and has a funny smell to it as well 😢 any thoughts on what it could be or do I have to call someone about it and if so would I call a plumber? I’ve already added a knew filter

Have the same fridge and once it's in it made a noise. I never heard a noise from filters before. Also not filtering the water at all. Water runs fine without the filter. NEED HELP!!!

If it leaks, it's because the black rubber band is either out of place or damaged. I was so annoyed I didn't notice it sooner!

Yes, run a gallon with no filter before putting new one in, water was blue / green for a few glasses like the junk from old filter back floated out. My filter was clogged after it been in for 2 years, comming out slow the last few months but looked clean still and tasted ok.
