The cut of beef couldn't be a flank steak because it was tough.many recipes were soggy, and I'm thinking omg this Then I remember Tiffy Cooks." If anyone is going to give me an excellent recipe that's tender and delicious, it's Tiffy cooks. So Tiffy cooks, should I use " Marbled Steak like they suggested, because flank was so tough " or use Flank Steak? I'm doing this for us all people. This woman is going to tell us like it is.
