John Fetterman's Message to 'Burned' Progressive Democrats

Senator John Fetterman, Democrat of Pennsylvania, tells Lulu Garcia-Navarro, host of "The Interview" at The New York Times, that progressive Democrats who funded his campaign early on shouldn't feel "burned" over his support of the police and Israel.

At first I couldn't stand this guy and thought he was a complete idiot but I stand corrected I now view him as the only Democrat in the Senate that has an inkling of common sense

They are upset because he recovered from his stroke and began to think for himself therefore cannot control him. I do not agree with everything he does, but I admire him for his ability to do what HE thinks is correct.

Fetterman represents the Democrats as they were before 2000. I would imagine that many who feel 'burned' were not old enough to vote back then. The party has gone full 180 in the last 20 years. Enter Fetterman.
