Edit:
Many commenting the device being Android 6.. I'll stand by Android 8.1 for now. Used multiple CPU-Z type applications to pull this information and have also compared my findings to other channels who have looked at this device as well. They've come to same conclusion.

The processor can barely handle it.. but it is indeed Android 8.

The emulation thing was actually pretty cool. It was running the game at native resolution via those black bars from the looks of it. Best way to play... i mean. If you don't mind such a tiny screen.

This reminds me a lot of the old Sony Xperia Compact phones, especially the XZ1 Compact. Those were great. You should check them out, the XZ1 and XZ2 compact still can run most modern games!

I don't know if you've tried any of the Unihertz products, but they've got a 3" smartphone, the Jelly Star, that runs Android 13 and has a Helio G99 stuffed in that tiny package. Because the resolution is so low, games on it run pretty damn good too. I can easily run Minecraft, Genshin, and even do some PS2 emulation (I emulated Sly Cooper, which I've read is pretty difficult to do). I think you'd have fun with such a device

That is the cutest phone i have ever seen. I actually bought one 😄😄
However i did not have any problem with the sim card. It was workimg really well

I would SO love an S23 Mini of this size, but legit and not sh*t! I would buy it RIGHT NOW.

Also maybe try gps and usage as a Webcam for the pc? It might be having a second purpose on the occasional video call as a wireless Webcam or a GPS tracker for your car in case it gets stolen. It would even be possible to set up "geo fence" and notify you over the internet /sms if the car moved out of the parked "fence" area if gps worked on this little thing!
