WHY IS THIS SO SATISFYING? Sautéed mushrooms on the griddle - so good! #griddle

I ordered a philly wrap yesterday from a good small town diner i frequent. Placed the order and then noticed no shrooms when i reread the menu. Jogged a few steps to the kitchen and asked for the shrooms before they started. Everything was back to normal and it was perfect. Their BLT with egg and cheese on white toast with mayo is getting better everytime.

I like to put a dome over mine mainly to save space on the griddle. However gonna have to give the shallow fry a try. Have A Day! ;~)

Not satisfying because the next step, to put these mushrooms in my mouth and eat them, can’t be completed.
