Everyone in this comment section is sad coz of one or other reason. I tell you my story. My elder brother (4 years elder to me), he was in govt. job, at the post of technical officer. he committed suicide because his HOD was targeting him. His HOD use to say "tere pe to abhi Aur pressure banana padega", another statement of his HOD "abhi tujhe akal nahi aayei, kuch Aur intezam Karna padega", he was bearing this for more than 2 years. Sometimes after coming home from his duty, he use to say "Papaji is hod ka kuch Karo, Aur sahan nahi hota".he was pressurised by his HOD, defamed by HOD. his HOD issued letter to him says he comes late in office. Everyone comes late to office sometimes but the letter was issued to him only and at the time he didn't blame anyone, neither he wrote any letter that he was being tourchered in his office and he just left us alone.this us my personal case but there is one more case in his office. He use to tell us that there is man who also works in that office. He use to come with his wife and daughter for mental illness treatment. That single person was the target of entire office. He was bullied, tourchered, pressurised and insulted by his colleagues and HOD. and slowly he became the target of entire office. They all throw him in that condition. But they have not done anything wrong coz he doesn't have the power to bear it. This is how we people actually work, support each other and progress. Hats off to this society.

He's so much disturbed despite the fact that the petitioner is silent. Clearly he is protecting corrupt government officials without any trial against corrupt officials. Corrupt government officials are protected by corrupt judges is reality. An honest Patna HC judge had exposed the judiciary in his judgment.
