So, for the question about detach & attach, if, for some weird reason, backup & restore isn't an option, you'll need to run SSMS as an admin on the host where target instance lives and then re-try to attach the mdf and ldf files.

How can i compile this sql table into a windows application? In what compiler should i placed it?
