Two fun facts: 1) The World University Games were hosted in Buffalo in 1993, and Rich Stadium was the venue for the opening/closing ceremonies as well as athletic events; 2) War Memorial Stadium (also home to the AAA Buffalo Bisons until 1988) was the filming location for "The Natural, " starring Robert Redford. And...Go Bills!

I am so happy to see a team stay where they belong. I'm a Packer fan so I having nothing to worry about. But most of my family are Browns fans who had their hearts torn out by model and his greedy move to Baltimore. Happy for all Bills fans.

Funny thing a day or two ago the county executive said the Stadium is about 2 months ahead of schedule because of the mild weather we’ve had this winter

It really is amazing that a $25 million stadium built in 1973 lasted 50+ years in the climate of Western New York. It may never have been the best, but it was (and is) a great home with some of the most unique conditions anywhere in the NFL and it will be missed when it's gone. I don't doubt that new Highmark Stadium will be nice or that it will be a good home for the Bills for the next 30 years. I just hope that the same energy Bills fans have brought consistently throughout their history will continue to bring it in the new stadium.

Lived in suburban Buffalo for several years in the 80s. Bills were so bad they sold tickets at work for $10. Saw two Bills games. They were fun. Also went to a Bisons game at the old War Memorial “Rockpile” stadium.

I'm a Jets fan but I'll be pulling for the Cleveland Browns in the playoffs. I hope they nip either Buffalo or Miami. That'll be a good way to kick off 2024. Happy New Year Forgotten Places.

I hate the bills right now because of their opportunity of winning the AFC East next week, but I'm excited for them to get their new stadium in three years from now.

they maybe could have built more in Niagara falls area, they don't get as much snow and could maybe have considered a retractable dome just to save on costs
