I don't think any AI is strong enough yet to truly comprehend human stupidity, thus this won't work

Interestingly, it'll be much harder to eval games between bad players because eval-ing bad play requires knowledge of what humans are good and bad at, which is incredibly hard for computers.

You might be able to approximate it by asking Stockfish to evaluate moves at low search depth, and adding a chance of randomly missing moves, so that you account for both limited memory, and missing moves in humans. It'd also be a nice bot for evaluating bullet matches if it worked.

Honestly worth a shot, I might try it myself.
