Why Call A Convention Of States? Simple: to bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs. Article V of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to call a Convention of States to propose amendments. It takes 34 states to call the convention and 38 to ratify any amendments that are proposed.

cONVENTION OF THE STATES WOULD BE A MISTAKE BECAUSE OF WHO CONTROLS THE CONVENTION. WE WOULD BE PUTTING ARE TRUST IN THE POLITICIANS. I THINK WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THATS GOING TO BE HARD TO DO
