your problem is probably when making your PATH
your path NEEDS to be the folder that DIRECTLY has the game in it. I was trying to do this with the steam version of the game, for example and selected the ''Buckshot Roulette" folder, not realizing that the only thing inside of that folder was another folder named "Buckshot Roulette_windows"
After making a new path and selecting this second folder ("Buckshot Roulette_windows"), it ran the command

(it just didn't work for me because my pc doesn't have opengl3 :, ) )

Using OpenGL instead of Vulkan IS a valid fix, but it introduces another problem: shadows / lighting in game doesn't work correctly. The opponent is basically full-bright and has no shadows on him.

for everyone saying its not recognized as a command, you need to cd into the directory where you have buckshot roulette, and if there's a space in the name, you need to rename it to remove it, then the command in the video should work
