For the record, while I love the manual (I ended up buying one and love it), the dual-clutch trans is noticeably quicker, as it doesn't drop off the boost with every shift.  On the other hand, the regular 6 speed manual is more engaging and fun to drive - and I didn't buy it as a race car anyway.  :-)
