Fail...I tried toothpaste, toothpaste with baking soda, car wax, WD40, hand cleaner w/pumice and I've used my buffing wheel.

it does not remove scratches only marks. I call scratch something that make a dent, has impacted the window even if it's very much on the surface. Marks are kind of dirtiness or for example limescale residue that apply on the surface. Something ON the surface can be removed, but something that has scratched leaves a mark. This is this latter that I need to attend and toothpaste and baking soda don't help. I really wonder how they door for car windows? Or is it that the type of glass is different from a house window? I am so gutted by the scratches of my new windows which are probably caused by fine particles or sand during the pebble dashing of the render? I am not sure, there are not many but there are 😞

This does not work. The abrasive in the toothpaste will put micro scratches everywhere it was rubbed on. If the window fogs up just a little it will look terrible. It will have to be buffed out anyway.
