The jet ski entrepreneurs are starting to buy up all the commercial lots to become the biggest outfit for renting jet skies, etc. It’s a very profitable business. Why not buy what is left. They need storage room. Some of the better commercial lots have a building on it that you can even rent out. The city is planning to build a new commercial boat ramp by Earl’s Castle dinner on 1st street and Long Avenue. It will be a center place of activity. Find out who owns the property and offer to buy. Visit Mohave county assessor, click Mohave county, click real property parcel search, click on address and type in address you like. Public owner information shows.

Have you done a video on President Bidens first time home buyer credit and is there a update on that program? Also with the possible recall in California there are a lot of potential new governors running promising to lower New home construction. Is that possible to see or is it mainly all talk?

Thanx for your vids, 1st time buyer here learning all i can to make the best choices. My fam will be relocating from OC Ca. to Wisconsin. 9 and 10 yr old kids so I was originally planning on moving this coming summer when school ends, boots on ground looking at area and finding a local real estate agt. in springtime. In my research I've noticed in "normal years" home prices dip in the winter. We will have enough saved for down, closing costs and some reserves by Feb & wifes job is now completly remote going forward. Should we be visiting the area/real estate agent and trying to get the purchase going earlier? Moving in the winter to N. midwest seems daunting but if the markets cheaper and escrow can take awhile maybe the right move?

QUESTION..? I have probably 10k in credit card Dept, my fico score is 690. My total income is prob around 115k combined w my wife’s income. We both have reliable income and have been at our jobs a few years. Is there anything I should know as far what route to take getting approved on say a 100k home loan ??? Anything you could share to help us is much appreciated.

The biggest mistake is buying a home now or in the last year. If you did. You got F$KED. Even if you have a 1.8% interest rate. If you overpaid for the house by 40% you got screwed. No matter how you try to justify it.
