It’d be cool if you wanted to do another hybrid what if- mixing What If Raditz Survived and What If Vegeta Raised Tarble. Maybe you can title it “What If Goku and Vegeta Kept Their Brothers?” I could see it being fairly interesting and different enough from the two What Ifs to justify it.
