The Vampire Diaries Emotional Season 6 Promo - Damon & Elena

The Vampire Diaries doesn’t premiere until October 2nd, but Clevver News is bringing you a little sneak peek at the upcoming sixth season. Get excited. Now, obviously, before we continue, we gotta throw it out there that we’ll be dishing out a few season five spoilers, so consider that a fair warning.
OK, with that being said, this promo for season six shows what’s happening in the aftermath now that Damon is, GASP, gone! Yes, as you might recall, the last time we left Damon and Bonnie, they were both left on the other side, which basically means they’re dead.
Now, this obviously is sending Elena into a tailspin, and the promo shows just how affected she is by Damon’s “death.” It starts off with Stefan telling her she needs to say goodbye and move on from Damon’s passing. However, things are easier said than done as she starts smelling his clothes and reminiscing with old pictures. Then…this happens:

O-M-G! Is it October yet?!
But, anyways, let’s be real for a second, this is Mystic Falls, and “dead” people come back all the time. Just look at (alarm) Alaric! Plus, Ian Somerhalder posted this little photo on his Instagram with the caption: “He's back! #DamonSalvatore”

This show should of been over 3 seasons ago. I remember watching the first season and being like 'Oh my God this is the best show ever', but now it's just bad. They are only ruining the story, Julie needs to stop writing before this turns into the worst vampire soup ever. #nothattingjustbeinghonest

I knew that Damon and Bonnie wouldn't die because when Bonnie saw her Gramps on the other side, her Gramps said that she did her one last favor. I think that she might have casted a spell or something to keep Bonnie alive. Also I think that this meant that Damon would still be alive because as they are about to be taken away by the wind thing, he is holding Bonnie's hand. That is just my theory though.

Honestly, I don't care what anyone says about this show. I think Damon and Elena are endgame. I felt like last season was one of the best too. Stop complaining! If you don't like it, don't watch it. Simple. As. That. Any true fan of vampire diaries doesn't care how it's turning out because they love the show, regardless of who's dead or what's happening. I'm excited for this new season. If you don't wanna watch it, don't. Me and the other tvd fans will continue watching and we will enjoy every second of it! Love vampire diaries xx (:

I'm more sad that bonnies dead, I need her alive; it's not fair that she's the one who always has to die. We went through enough when she was died in season 4 and then was dead until half way through of season 5
