States like Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh are as sparsely populated as Iceland and heavenly beautiful. India is also the hub of spirituality, yoga and meditation in the world. people from all around the the earth come to this country for inner peace and wellness. there are lots of sages who meditate in the serene mountains of Himalayas.
